It was one of the best decisions I have made. No words can describe the satisfaction I receive from interacting with the children. Tuffkid is a unique nursery where children both with and without special needs can come together in a loving environment, which gives them the opportunity to develop and achieve their full potential.

My mornings at the nursery are split between organised playtime, arts and crafts, story-telling and of course Davening. It always brings a smile to my face watching the children of all abilities playing and learning together.

As a result of my time at Tuffkid, I have learnt to use Makoton, which is a form of sign language that helps me to communicate with the children with limited verbal skills. I feel so lucky to be able to help in some small way and only wish that more people were able to give their time and support to Kisharon.
