Volunteer Fairs for Sixth Form Students at a Jewish school near you!
Wednesday 7 October 2009JVN together with JLGB are hosting a series of Volunteering Fairs in the Jewish secondary schools in London for Sixth Form students.
In the style of a careers fair, the Volunteer Fairs give many organisations in the community the chance to showcase their organisations and the opportunities they have available. There is also an opportunity for the students to speak with each charity on a one to one basis and sign up to do some volunteering.
So far, it has been a great success and it is a brilliant way for many organisations to come together under one roof and promote volunteering.
