JVN has produced a Companion to Volunteering a a guide to volunteers and volunteers managers. It outlines to volunteers their rights and responsiblities in their volunteering role, and promotes good practice to volunteer managers in volunteer involving organisations. We have also introduced a kitemark that charities can earn to certify that they meet good practice standards. JVN is at the forefront of research and innovation in the voluntary sector, both within and outside of the Jewish community. We are constantly looking to improve not just our own services but also the abilities and efficiency of all volunteer-involving organisations, and to promote good practice in volunteer management.
