Next time you are choosing what to wear, why not take an extra 30 seconds and pick out one or two things from your wardrobe that you haven’t work in ages – and give them to someone who definitely will wear them.

And if you have children, you’ll know how quickly they grow. You could make up a bag of clothes they have outgrown and send them to children who need them.
