For people living in a residential home, a visit from you can transform their whole week.
A couple of hours of your time to make 168 hours of someone else’s – you do the maths.

Some of the things you can do:

• On your first visit, take a plant to one of the residents – tell him/her to water it and take care of it and say that you’ll be back to check on both of them.
• Read to someone who is blind/has trouble seeing.
• Help someone who has difficulty walking to take a walk.
