Skilled Emergency Volunteers

During this unprecedented time JVN are working with the Jewish Leadership Council in the hope that we can harness the skills and expertise of furloughed workers in our community to support areas of most need across our communal organisations.

We are appealing to those who have been furloughed to be in touch to share your expertise and time availability so we can try work to match you with organisations who are in need of skilled support from a range of professionals (including but not limited to finance, HR, recruitment, communications and marketing, graphic design, video editing, and ICT).

If you are an organisation in need of additional capacity, please be in touch to let us know about your needs so we can advertise your need and hopefully match you with skilled workers.

We can work together with you and your employer to ensure the process of volunteering adheres to the legislation around furloughed workers and volunteering.

We hope that after Pesach we will have a platform in order to process these matches but in the first instance we would ask you to email info@jvn.org.uk to be in touch and register your  skills, need and interest if you are offering to volunteer or your needs if you are a charity.
