Gift Aid Volunteer – Head Office
Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone friendly, flexible and confident who enjoys chatting with people, is happy to help with a mix of tasks, and feels comfortable using basic IT packages. You’ll also need to be able to keep data confidential and be happy to suggest occasional improvements to our systems when needed. · Calling donors to follow up on missing Gift Aid Declaration forms. · Helping with the notification run, including putting letters into envelopes, franking them, and getting them posted. · Sending annual training links to staff and keeping on top of who has completed the training and who may need a friendly reminder. · Getting Gift Aid Week materials ready to send out to the shops. · Joining the Gift Aid Manager on occasional shop visits. · Plus 101 random other things!

All Aboard Shops Ltd
All Aboard operates 24 charity shops in London and Manchester, but unlike a normal retail shop the stock is made up entirely of donated goods from the public - we never buy items to sell.
What really sets All Aboard shops apart from other charity shops on the high street is that all the profit raised from sales, benefits a wide range of people and causes. By donating goods to and buying from All Aboard stores, many worthy, predominantly Jewish and local causes benefit rather than any single charity.
Thanks to the generous support of local communities, we have been trading for over 37 years and have raised millions of pounds.
