Whilst most of us choose to be blissfully ignorant of the implications, those of us working with volunteers on behalf of our organisations don’t have that luxury The decisions we make about what personal information we collect, store and use, including how we communicate with our volunteers, are governed by a range of laws and regulations, and data breaches can have far-reaching consequences.
