Family Lives supports families, particularly parents and carers by responding to their needs, to transform their lives and support them through the challenges they face. Face to face, telehone and web support are available, providing 24 hour confidential and non judgemental support by trained staff and volunteers. Befriending support in the community delivers support to parents by parents. Weekly facilitated groups are topic based and address many of the challenges parent and carers face in a safe and supportive environment. Individual support by telephone or face to face helps parents to work through complex problems and identify strategies and solutions. The free 24 hour helpline provides a round the clock lifeline to parents and carers. The website contains a wealth of information as well as access to live chat and emails support. We also support parents in prisons and schools.
