MISSION STATEMENT
Gateway Action (Salford) exists to ensure a comprehensive Jewish Youth Service in North Manchester, providing a curriculum which enables young Jewish people, particularly those more disengaged and disadvantaged, to build friendships and develop a strong social, personal and Jewish identity.

VISION STATEMENT
North Manchester will be a place where Jewish people are healthy and feel good about themselves. Jewish youth services will be accessible and foster a sense of independence, dignity and respect. Young people and families will influence and maximise their use of services, developing a positive personal, social and spiritual identity.
Gateway Action will have use of vibrant, modern community facilities that are accessible, welcoming, appealing and inclusive. Our users will have improved health, skills, work and life prospects, help plan and deliver services and volunteer with us. We will work effectively and collaboratively with our partner organisations in the community.
Gateway Action will be known for helping people in need and empowering them to reach their potential. We will have the capacity to deliver our services with well-qualified staff and great volunteers, be fully funded and sustainable with a diverse income.
