“Margot started volunteering for us in October 2023. She is a warm, friendly and extremely efficient lady. Margot is one of our volunteers who helps out on our reception desk at different times during the week. She is very welcoming when our clients arrive. She puts them at their ease and offers a hot drink whilst they are waiting. Margot also answers our main line and takes messages, as well as helping out with administrative tasks if needed.
