Hand in Hand empowers young Jewish people from age 13 and up to provide weekly, tailored support to disadvantaged members of the community in London and Manchester. We train and support our volunteers to offer companionship, mentoring and respite to families and individuals facing challenges such as disability, neurodiversity, bereavement, mental health challenges and social isolation. Our goal is to build a stronger, more compassionate community by encouraging young people to become givers, whilst simultaneously improving the lives of those they support.
