This award recognises a volunteer who is making an outstanding contribution to your charity and thus the Jewish community and/or the wider voluntary sector. They have had a significant impact on the amazing work your charity does.

- If you do not have a team photo you can submit your charity's logo instead.
- The photo is of high quality and has a good resolution
