Additional consultancy at preferential rates.)

ANNUAL JVN CELEBRATION OF AWARDS

• Discounted rates when submitting your charity’s nominees
• Eligibility to purchase additional tickets to attend the awards ceremony

To maximise your JVN Charity Partnership we advise you:

• To keep up to date with your volunteering opportunities on the JVN website.
• To respond to volunteers’ messages in a timely manner in the JVN Communication Centre.
• To record the results of the volunteer applications on the JVN website on a regular basis.

Should you prefer you can also contact Lesley at lesleyg@jvn.org.uk to be invoiced and for more information. Your new Partnership will start once the fee is received, and eligibility is confirmed by JVN. JVN Charity Partners will then be able to click here to access the Partners' area.

Listings Only Service

When you register your charity onto the JVN website, you will automatically be entitled to our Listings Only Service. 

With Listings Only Service, your charity can list volunteering opportunities on the JVN website free of charge. If you would like to receive more support in finding volunteers for your charity and volunteering queries, please have a look at the JVN Charity Partnership above.

Important Information 

Before your organisation can begin using the JVN website, you must be a registered charity in the UK. When registering you will need to confirm your charity number and organisation's registered address. You will also need to confirm your organisation has current Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Public Liability Insurance, Data Protection and Confidentiality policies in place. By using the JVN website (JVN Charity Partnership or Listings Only Service) you are confirming that you will be committed to the development of good practice in volunteer management in your charity. JVN reserves the right to refuse membership to any charity it believes to be ineligible for membership. The decision of the JVN Chief Executive/Board of Trustees will be final.

Information for JVN Charity Partners

Cancellation and refunds 

You will receive a renewal notice in advance of the anniversary of your last payment date. Failure to pay a renewal will result in a JVN Charity Partner reverting to using our Listings Only Service. If you want to cancel your Partnership you must inform us in writing by email or by post. No refunds will be provided.

Partnership fee

The annual yearly fee is based on your charity's income as stated on the Partnerships page. We reserve the right to increase this fee. You will be informed of any fee increase within your renewal notification. Additional payments will not be claimed during the current Partnership period (aside from fees for select additional services – please contact us for details).

The benefits listed here are available to all JVN Charity Partners upon request. JVN Charity Partners should call or email JVN in order to do so.
