JVN, with support from the Benefact Group, are pleased to offer a comprehensive online training programme consisting of 4 morning sessions that provide an overview of volunteer management.
Recognising it is crucial for valuing volunteers and ensuring they have a fulfilling experience, this programme is designed for charities which utilise volunteers.
As Volunteer Managers you will collaborate with your peers to generate practical ideas for recruiting, inducting, engaging, and supporting volunteers within your organisation, whilst considering both the volunteers’ needs and your own.
The programme will also address policy issues, training requirements and overcoming barriers. We will explore how to establish a safe and stimulating environment for volunteers, fostering a culture of volunteering within your organisation.
