We are looking for volunteers to help create and pack 'Show You Care' kits for the homeless and to donate the items listed below for the kits on the Sunday 17th November.
We will be creating useful kits made up of various items and resources that are helpful for those who are struggling with homelessness.
As part of the Mitzvah Day Eco Project, we will also be creating bags from old newspapers to package the 'Show You Care' kits.
This is something the whole family can do together!
Items for volunteers to donate for Sunday 17th November are:
- Bodywash, deodorant, shampoo
- Flannels, combs, hairbrushes
- Lip balm, small packets of tissues and small bottles of water
Please make sure all items are sealed and unused. This project will be held at the JVN Offices in Hendon.
The kits will be given to the Help & Hope for the homeless - Herts & London.
