On Sunday 15th November, 12:30pm - 1:30pm, join us for a Zoom Bake-Along with Italian chef Silvia Nacamulli!
Silvia is a London-based cook and well-recognised name on the international food & cooking circuit. She grew up in Rome, surrounded by her home country’s passion for food, and today specialises in a range of fields from private cookery lessons, to cookery demonstrations in a selection of venues around London, catering, and cookery courses in Italy where students can learn the secrets of real Italian food in a truly authentic setting.
Silvia is often invited to lecture on the history of Italian Jewish cookery at universities and other learning institutions, and she introduces this insight into her everyday demonstrations and lessons. She is a regular columnist for the Jewish Chronicle.
We will be baking together one of Silvia's special fruitcake recipes over Zoom which we can then give to our friends, family, neighbours and/or vulnerable and isolated people you may know as part of Mitzvah Day 2020.
Now more than ever these small acts of kindness are so important and will be a great way to bring communities closer together. Tell your friends and families about our Zoom Bake-Along and let's spread positivity and kindness across communities.
