Volunteer roles

The role descriptions for the event are available at https://www.jvn.org.uk/funrun. Please note that preferred roles will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Volunteers are kindly asked to perform the role they are assigned, which will be confirmed in a later email. If all volunteering roles are filled, you will be put on the waiting list.

T-shirt size *

All volunteers will be provided with a volunteer t-shirt. Please indicate the t-shirt size you will require. All sizes given are unisex.

Volunteer training *

I agree to attend the online volunteer training sessions for the Maccabi GB Community Fun Run.

I understand by agreeing to volunteer at the Maccabi GB Community Fun Run & Israel Festival, I will be representing both Maccabi GB and JVN. As such I will reflect their organisational values and treat all attendees of the Community Fun Run whether they are runners, spectators, volunteers and charities with respect, kindness, and tolerance. *

Dietary requirements *

All volunteers will be supplied with a Kosher lunch. Please specify any dietary requirements you have here.

Mobility and accessibility requirements

Please note that most of the volunteering roles require volunteers to be able to stand for a long period of time - see the role descriptions for more information. Please specify any accessibility requirements you have here so we can ensure you are assigned to an appropriate role, or if you will need a disabled car-parking space reserved.

Photo and video consent *

Photographs and video clips will be taken on the day, some of which will feature volunteers. I give my consent for Maccabi GB and JVN to use any photographs or videos taken at this event in which I appear in publicity and on social media.
