Promoting volunteering

JVN is committed to promoting volunteering in all its forms throughout the country, which we do through various avenues:

Volunteers' Week 2018

Volunteers’ Week, an annual celebration of volunteers, falls every year in the first week of June. JVN will be holding special events this year to mark Volunteers’ Week, alongside the traditional JVN Roadshow, when we go out and about into the community to spread the word about volunteering. Stay tuned for more information about Volunteers’ Week 2018 and about what we’ll be doing for our charities to celebrate!

JVN publicity and press exposure

JVN is featured regularly in the online and offline local and national press following events and milestones. We also have occasional marketing materials also distributed in this way, and our informational flyer is available here to download.

We also promote our events and volunteering opportunities on our website and through our social media channels.
