???? Who we’re looking for
You don’t need previous receptionist experience — we’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and calm
A good listener with a reassuring manner
Comfortable answering the phone and passing on messages
Confident using basic IT (training provided)
Sensitive to people who may be anxious or distressed
Aged 18 or over
This is a fairly active role, involving moving around the reception and waiting areas. We’ll happily talk through any support or reasonable adjustments you might need.
