Timeline for submissions and tickets

1. 1^st August

   Submissions open for Charity Partners only.

2. 15^th August

   Submissions open for all member charities.

3. 17^th October

   Submissions close for all charities.*

   There will be a one-week grace period for late submissions, but these will not be considered for the Outstanding Category.

4. 1^st November

   JVN will contact charity winners with further information.

   This will include details of their submissions and the Awards. Winners will not be able to book tickets directly. This can only be done through their charity.

5. 28^th November

   Deadline for tickets for all charities.

6. 1^st December

   Additional guest tickets open on a first-come, first-served basis, if available.

7. 2^nd January

   Charities will be contacted to reconfirm the guests who will be attending.

 

 

*Should JVN reach 100 submissions before the deadline, submissions will close early.
