Charity
The charity for civil servants
Simply put, we are The Charity for Civil Servants, providing support and advice for thousands of people when they need it.
Since 1886, we have helped tens of thousands of current, former, and retired civil servants, employees of those who work in our Associated Organisations, and their dependants.
In 2012 alone, we provided £3.9 million in direct financial assistance in circumstances; dealing with situations as diverse as proving respite care to helping people seek emergency accommodation following last year's riots.
We pride ourselves on being there when you need us, no matter where you are in the UK.
