The JBG Housing Trust is the registered charity division of Jewish Community Housing Association Limited, which operates as jLiving.
The JGB Housing Trust was established as a charity in 1988 to provide assistance, housing and amenities for Jewish people in need. In the past Trustees have agreed on grants to offset the building costs of sheltered housing blocks and have also authorised payments for facilities within the blocks that contribute to a secure and comfortable life for our tenants. The Trust also funds jLiving’s Welfare Officer service and makes grants to individuals and organisations relating to accommodation and also contributes to the purchase of buildings, facilities therein and associated open spaces.
The Jewish Community Housing Association Limited, (jLiving) is a charitable housing association, registered and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency and are also a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
