Gardening and food growing experience (you don't have to be a professional gardener).
Team work
Facilitation experience is beneficial but not essential
What training we will provide for you
As part of the role you will receive a JVS induction.
You will be supported by the lead garden volunteer facilitator in running your own sessions if this is of interest.
Regular check ins with our community and events manager and our lead garden volunteer facilitator.
What you will get out of volunteering for us
You will join a diverse and fun community of volunteers, entitled to some free and/or reduced places on our events such as cooking sessions and friday night dinners.
You will gain facilitation and community garden experience
Take home some of the veg
Join garden to plate cookery sessions
