The Passage
Home for Good is a homelessness prevention project run by The Passage based in Victoria.
Home for Good partners volunteers with previously homeless clients who are settling into their new homes, often in boroughs where they have no connections or knowledge of the area. Volunteers meet with their client for one hour a week in order to show them around the area, build a relationship with them which helps combat isolation and loneliness and assist them in settling goals which in turn help to keep them from returning to the streets.
