Session 2:

The money is out there – Trustees role in fundraising for our charity with David Goldberg

This session will explore how Trustees can best help their charity with fundraising. A step by step approach to developing their networks and connections to engage potential new donors and further involve existing donors. There will be a presentation, followed by an opportunity to explore some of the issues raised.

David Goldberg runs his own company - Goldberg Consulting – that recruits, trains and coaches Trustees, CEO’s and Fundraisers in charities. Previous to that he was Director of Fundraising for UJIA having led a team of talented fundraisers who have raised over £130 million in just over 10 years. Fundraising is a fantastic job and he feels privileged to have made a difference to the lives of many people.
