Session 3:
Ensuring wellbeing in your organisation with Zoe Sinclair & Michael Benjamin
‘Wellbeing’ and ‘mental health’ are the buzz words in many workplaces and organisations. This session explores why and how they need to be more than just buzz words and how, with the right strategy, can make a huge impact on the outcomes of your work, whether for the organisation itself, the staff, their families, your volunteers and of course you as the Trustees.

After graduating from King College, London Zoe Sinclair spent 10 years making television programmes at the BBC. In 2004, after the birth of her second child, she established Employees Matter which has grown to become the leading provider of expert support for HR departments who want to help their employees bridge the gap between work and life. Alongside Employees Matter, in 2017 she co-founded workplace mental health conference This Can Happen. She is passionate about helping both employers and employees find solutions to create stigma-free, open and considerate environments to work in where people can be open about their mental wellbeing. She has two children who are now 18 and 21, is a Governor at Mathilda Marks Kennedy primary school and enjoys a good hot chocolate with a great series on Netflix!
