Lead, in partnership with the Jewish Volunteering Network (JVN) are delighted to host the final session in our annual Trustees' Induction Programme on Finance and Accounting Mangement. The Trustees' Induction Programme supports and educates new Trustees and those who want to refresh their knowledge.
A presentation on understanding the budgetary and accounting process, governance of that process and how-to bring accounts and figures to life. Not a technical session on formats and disclosures but a review on how to input into the process and what you should be doing as trustees to ensure you have enough broad understanding to make a contribution to the table and confidence to question the treasurer and accountants/auditors.
