The UK Friends of Beit Issie Shapiro was established to assist children and adults with disabilities and raise financial support for the Beit Issie Shapiro centres in Israel. For 45 years, Beit Issie Shapiro, a pioneering leader and innovator in the field of disabilities, has championed equal opportunity, full community involvement, and improved quality of life for people with disabilities.

We believe in the extraordinary ability of people with disabilities and provide innovative services, programs, knowledge-sharing models, and policy advocacy to help them lead a full life and be actively involved in every part, in Israel and around the world.

We innovate and share models that help people across the entire range of disabilities, from all sectors and communities, impacting over 500,000 lives in more than 30 countries each year.
