This seminar will address the situations that no Volunteer Manager wants to face - when volunteers don't quite get it right.
The seminar will aim to cover a wide range of difficult situations you may face with volunteers. We will also look at the acceptable ways to discipline volunteers and how to minimise the damage that volunteers could potentially do to your organisation, service users and themselves.
