Jonathan Bergwerk
Jonathan is an entrepreneurial Human Resources and Organisational Development consultant with substantial experience helping major organisations change.
He founded Advanced Personnel Technology and grew it into one of the UK's most successful HR Development consultancies, which later merged with SHL.
Jonathan has worked with a range of major organisations and charities to develop new strategic plans in response to market needs, update their organisational structure people processes, leading to improvements in operational effectiveness and morale.
He has designed and facilitated numerous innovative leadership workshops and coached senior executives in a wide range of blue chip organisations using a challenging and results focused style.
Jonathan holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and has wide experience as a trustee and consultant to charities. Currently he volunteers as an Employment Advisor for the charity Resource.
