We will be discussing the situation when volunteer managers put a lot of time and effort into recruitment, interviewing and inducting volunteers for the volunteers to not show up and start volunteering. We will explore time-saving methods and alternative strategies that will help to save time. This Forum is a great opportunity to network and learn from others who also work with volunteers. This session is suitable for anyone working with volunteers whether in a paid or voluntary capacity.
