The Volunteer Managers' forum is an interactive space where participants can talk about any queries, successes or challenges they may have with their peers. This is a great opportunity for you to network and learn from other people who are working with volunteers.
This session will look at simple, practical ways to welcome and support neurodivergent volunteers. We’ll cover inclusive language, easy adjustments, and how to create a team culture where everyone feels valued. A friendly space to learn, share and ask questions. We are pleased to welcome Autism specialist, Naomi Ayrton, who will be facilitating the session.
