Wellspring Project (formerly the Mikveh Project UK)

The Wellspring Project was initiated in 2018 as the Mikveh Project UK.
The project aims to build a centre for wellbeing in Barnet, North London with immersion pools for the traditional ritual of mikveh (full body immersion), rooms for talking and complementary therapies and groups.
It will be a welcoming, inclusive and non-judgmental space for people of all age, gender, faith or non-religious beliefs. The centre will promote the use of Jewish rituals such as immersion as part of our wellbeing, good mental health, recovery and for moments of celebration.
We are an independent charity, not under the auspices of any synagogue movement. The mikveh will be built and maintained to the highest halachic standards so it will be kosher for all who want to use it.
Being a Wellspring Project volunteer will give you the chance to shape the project from these very early stages - creating an organisation that will serve our communities for the future.
