Jewish Women’s Aid in discusses how to create safe, respectful and productive workplaces in the Jewish community, and to ensure sexual harassment is not tolerated.

This session, to support Volunteer Managers, will focus on:

The importance of safe and respectful workplaces
The definition of harassment and sexual Harassment, and discuss case scenario's that may impact volunteers
How to support volunteers in a safe and respectful workplace
Third party sexual harassment- how to implement a Non-Staff Code of Conduct
Action planning: identifying areas for growth/improvement
