Advisors (employability)
At Resource dedicated advisors give each client expert advice and guidance, tailoring their journey of 1:1 support, workshops and seminars. Based in North Finchley, our services are all available in person. Clients can access a wide range of services, including writing effective CVs and job applications, networking, psychometric testing, up to date IT skills, using AI effectively and mock interviews.
Resource’s clients are from a diverse range of backgrounds, specialisms, sectors, work history and ages. Some will be still working, some will have had a break from their career, some might be looking for their first job others be looking for a less demanding role to reflect their changing lifestyle.
Resource is client centred, identifying how best we can help our individual clients on their job search journey. Generally their programme will start with our Job Search & CV workshop (JS&CV) which gives them the foundation on which to develop their job search action plan. It is also a gateway to other seminars, webinars, IT training, mock interviews, networking and more.
The role is mainly working face to face, we also meet clients using Zoom or Teams.
