Can you volunteer to help residents to enjoy the activities at Jewish Care's Sunridge Court and spending time chatting and socialising with them too.

The team at Sunridge Court in Golders Green are seeking a volunteer to spend time at Sunridge Court engaging with our residents, helping the team, chatting and befriending residents and bringing a warm and friendly demeaner. The role involves friendly conversation and supporting light activities such as bingo and quizzes. What you’ll be doing in this role:  Volunteering weekly at Sunridge Court  Chatting and socialising with residents with a warm and friendly manner  Assisting with small group activities (e.g. bingo, quizzes, singalongs)  Helping the staff team with various task related to activities, as required  Encouraging residents to join in  Helping to make activities fun and enjoyable for those attending  Reporting back to the Activities Team as required
